CREATIVE LIGHTING WITH STREET MURALS WORKSHOP
LEVEL: NOVICE-INTERMEDIATE | DURATION: 3hr | COST: $119.95
Creative lighting can turn an ordinary scene into something incredible, you just have to know your options. This photography workshop concentrates on understanding the relationship between your camera's settings, ambient light and flash lighting.
Our creative lighting workshop takes us to the streets of Fitzroy where dozens of incredible street art murals fill the alleyways. As always there is a theory component to our photography workshop which will take us the first 45-60 minutes of our workshop at Atherton Reserve in Fitzroy followed by a practical session where we will be touring the streets by foot putting into practice our new lighting techniques as well as working on creating dramatic compositions. Flash lighting will be supplied however you are welcome to bring your own speedlights with flash triggers if you would like to gain experience with your own gear.
-Balancing natural light with artificial flash light
-Understanding lighting types, where they are applicable and how to control them
-Get an insight into light modifiers and how they can help to achieve dramatic effects.
-Master techniques to create dramatic compositions when you are in charge of the light!
Following your workshop you will be invited to join the Matt Krumins Photography Course Collective Facebook group, giving you a safe and productive environment to continue your photography growth through both peer and instructor feedback.
This exclusive small-group workshop is your chance to revolutionise the way you see compositions and capture your photographs.
